What does practice consulting cover?
SDC supports practice development, administration, provider-record maintenance, renewal preparation, HIPAA education, OSHA-related workplace safety training, and HEDIS training. Your engagement defines the topics, deliverables, and follow-up that fit your team.
Can I request a consultation in Spanish?
Yes. SDC offers consultations in English and Spanish by appointment and serves organizations throughout Florida. Call (786) 412-4929 or use the consultation form to tell us what you need.
Does training certify our practice as compliant?
Training supports your team’s preparation and understanding; it does not establish that the whole practice complies with every requirement. HHS does not recognize private HIPAA Security Rule certifications, and OSHA Outreach training is not a certification program. Discuss the specific training and documentation included in your engagement.
What can HEDIS training help our team understand?
Training can help staff understand quality-measure concepts, documentation expectations, and their role in practice workflows. Topics are selected around the relevant reporting period and payer program. SDC training is not a claim of NCQA certification or endorsement.
