SDC provides clinic startup guidance, AHCA application preparation, and administrative planning. MFMD provides physician-led medical direction and clinical oversight within its accepted clinic engagement.
The clinic contracts directly with MFMD for its physician services, with defined responsibilities for each organization.

MFMD’s accepted scope can include credential and roster review, protocol oversight, documented reviews, physician escalation, and corrective-action follow-up.
