QUESTIONS TO BRING

02Which providers and payer relationships will be part of the organization?
03Are you starting a new center or addressing an existing setup, enrollment, or contracting issue?
FLORIDA REQUIREMENTS & AUTHORITIES

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Yes, when your intended audience includes both clinical sleep services and diagnostic testing facilities. The actual service mix should be described separately: consultations, in-lab sleep testing, home sleep apnea testing, or a combination.
No. AHCA licensing or exemption, sleep-service accreditation, and Medicare or other payer enrollment are separate reviews. SDC helps organize the administrative questions for your specific operating model.
First Coast’s Florida LCD includes physician and technical-personnel qualifications, testing conditions, and accreditation requirements, with specific exceptions. Check the current policy for your test and billing arrangement; general physician licensure alone does not resolve every requirement.
